At "CelesteAstra," we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely pleased, we have a straightforward return policy in place:

1.**Return Period**: You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition - unworn and undamaged.

2. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.

3.**Refund**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4.**Cancellation**: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. Details regarding this will be provided at the time of purchase.


Regarding return shipping costs:

1.**Paid by Customer**: Generally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.**Paid by CelesteAstra**: In cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item has been sent, "CelesteAstra" will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the return process and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
